Anydata nodes need the ability to use NormalizedNode as their object model. Add support for creating anydata nodes that contain a NormalizedNode (and NormalizedMetadata).

In case of metadata, the metadata should be part of the outside normalized three, i.e. the metadata for a normalized anydata node should be part of the metadata tree that holds the anydata node being normalized.
