 Description   

Removal of opendaylight commons as a parent to the aaa commons meant that some pom variables go undeclared. Eg

We should define everything we need in the AAA commons/parent/pom.xml, so we can have more control over our dependencies. Inheriting from opendaylight commons may introduce inadvertent side effects.
