 Description   
  1. The aaa-cert/src/main/yang/aaa-cert-rpc.yang  file uses the words setODLCertifcate, setNodeCertifcate and getNodeCertifcate with a typo for the word certificate. It is better to be fixed.
  2. The getNodeCertificate RPC returns 200 OK when node-alias is not available, this needs to be addressed.
