| Description |
|
aaa-cert has two services it exposes and it seems to be a mix-and match with RPCs and clustered-app-config. The first order of business is to expose the public services, which is a hacky way of unblocking upstreams. Next up we need to untangle the pure spawn of Chaos that is AaaCertServiceConfig. Most notably useConfig() and useMdsal() need to be untangled to something resembling a proper decomposition. |

We have a partial solution which unblocks AAA-205. |
