 Description   

This issue is seen in stable/helium using the BGP application peer:

ODL <----> XRv

To reproduce:

  • Stablish BGP session to XRv router
  • Add a route in RIB using POST example in wiki
  • Check route in XRv
  • Delete route in ODL using DELETE or add another route using POST
  • route still in XRv (no UPDATE message in wireshark)

I saw this fix is for stable/lithium, any chance to cherry-pick to stable/helium?

Helium does not contain this part of code at all.
