Handle delete request properly. Currently it always deletes whole RIB instead of a route. |

Turns out my understanding on how delete works was completely off. Delete works fine and the process was properly described in the wiki https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/BGP_LS_PCEP:Programmer_Guide#BGP |
