Tested with exaBGP. Used exaBGP to advertise L3VPN IPv6 routes, and controller is able to received it. I can get the route record from bgp-rib operational RESTCONF.

exaVPN configuration I used:

neighbor 127.0.0.1 {
router-id 127.0.0.3;
local-address 127.0.0.3;
local-as 64496;
peer-as 64496;
family

{ ipv6 mpls-vpn; }

static {
route 2001:2:3:4::/64

{ next-hop 2001:db8:6::1; rd 1.2.3.4:1; label 24005; }

}
process parsed-route-backend {
receive

{ parsed; update; }

run /home/vyatta/exabgp/etc/exabgp/processes/syslog-1.py;
}
}
