 Description   

The bgp-testool should become helpful, standalone and lightweight testing tool similar to the pcc-mock/bmp-testool.

*Simulate multiple BGP neighbors
*Active/passive session initiation
*Advertisement of IPv4 prefixes
*Receiving of IPv4 routes
*Optionally/future enhancements: MP support, MD5 sig. support, Add-path, linkstate,...
