The current implementation only support type 1 (IP) and type 2 (4-byte AS) route distinguisher. 2-byte type 0 route distinguisher is not supported. See The following exaBGP config will not work as it uses type 0 route distinguisher. |

The RouteDistinguisherUtil should either be able to parse the 2-byte AS field RD or throw a warning saying the RD is not supported by ODL |
