after the configuration of application peer routes are configured. Then exabgp is connected and certain number of update messages are expected.
These messages are not sent from odl, they not even present in loc-rib.

Looks like it is a regression, becasue with https://nexus.opendaylight.org/content/repositories/opendaylight.snapshot/org/opendaylight/integration/distribution-karaf/0.5.0-SNAPSHOT/distribution-karaf-0.5.0-20160801.143523-4024.zip it works.
