When a LSP is created via restconf, <node> tag specifies the router, where the message needs to be sent. On the other hand, Pcinitiate message specifies source ip adress in Endpoints object. If those two addresses don't mach, we need to send back a failure instead of sending the Pcinitiate message. |

As the router can use different address for connecting to PCE that the one specified in source ip address, we cannot do this check. |
