Hello Carol, there is a suite with approach quite similar to yours in It runs as a part of https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/view/bgpcep/job/bgpcep-csit-1node-userfeatures-only-boron/ and as you can see there are no failures there in recent runs. Maybe you can create a test case if your problem finds a new bug. |

Deleting when the controller is connected to a single peer/bgp neighbor works fine. It's only when the controller is configured as a route-reflector that I see the problem. |
