 Description

Controller is configured as a route-reflector with two routers as router reflector clients, injected route(s) when deleted from controller is not deleted from either routers.

Steps to reproduce

1.Install Boron with bgpcep feature bundle
2.Configure role in 41-bgp-example for route-reflector
3.Inject prefix or prefixes using POSTMAN via controller (rr)
4.Delete prefix or prefixes using POSTMAN via controller (rr)
5.check that prefixes are removed from rr-client ribs.

Hi Carol, please attach configuration used per rib and Peers, post with routes.
Also could you check whether the delete messages are sent via wireshark.

I' ll recommend you to follow
http://docs.opendaylight.org/en/stable-boron/user-guide/bgp-user-guide.html.

Hello Carol,

there is a suite with approach quite similar to yours in
test/csit/suites/bgpcep/bgpuser/ibgp_peers_basic.robot

It runs as a part of https://jenkins.opendaylight.org/releng/view/bgpcep/job/bgpcep-csit-1node-userfeatures-only-boron/ and as you can see there are no failures there in recent runs.

Maybe you can create a test case if your problem finds a new bug.

Deleting when the controller is connected to a single peer/bgp neighbor works fine. It's only when the controller is configured as a route-reflector that I see the problem.

Hi Carol, as I said, please attach your configuration and step done.
