 Description   

Steps to reproduce:

  • BGP setup with rib/neighbor and topology config
  • BGP connection is up and data present in rib and operational topology (e.g. link-state topology)
  • Restart controller and wait till BGP connection comes up
  • Data is populated correctly in rib
  • Data in operational topology is missing
  • Issue is intermittent i.e. it does not happen all the time
