 Description   

Scenario:
1. Create LSP
2. Subscribe to LSP change notification
3. Listen to events, detect whenever LSP goes down
4. Modify LSP to take alternative path (in separate thread)
5. Note how log does command execution take

It takes 4 mins to execute the command on our setup (tested on two different setups, in both cases took 4 mins)

NetworkTopologyPcepService.updateLsp() has been used in particular

Seems like it is slow in VIRL, it works well on real devices
