Most of extension wiring is trivially convertible to OSGi DS, do that. |

The only remaining extension is bgp-linkstate which needs some work to get odl:clustered-app-config replaced with something else. Probably a factory component as we have done in a couple of other components. |

Actually, let's just switch to using Config Admin, update the user guide and be done with it. |
