 Description

If a PCC send a PcRequest message with an LSP Object to indicate the signalled name of the tunnel, ODL thrown a Java Exception and send a PcError message indicating that the RP Object is missing while it is present.

The problem is due to the presence of an LSP Object which has been introduce in RFC8231 and not handle in the PcRequest Message Parser.

A workaround is to not configure the signalled name for the tunnel, thus, the PCC doesn't insert an LSP Object in the PcRequest.
