Modify "Edits Rules" button on configured stream line, to "Edit/Delete Rules" button.
i.e.
1.Remove 's' from "Edits Rules".
2.Add delete Rule feature as well.

As per the technical feasibility of the raised issue, solution will require creation of new API's. Considering the Bug reporting time and code freeze deadline for M5 pushing the issue to be fixed in Boron release.

The stated issue has minor impact on related feature and hence can be pushed to next release.
