We will eventually want to get a ODL with CoE running in containers not "outside" on the k8s master/node. This is perhaps a 2nd and lower priority than trozet has pointed me to prior work for a containerized ODL:
The work required in this issue includes getting familiar with that and see what's missing there for it be used by CoE. |

I think in general we need some infra to produce a docker image out of an ODL distribution artifact or an rpm/deb package if that is easier to handle and after push the image to a public docker registry. |
