 Description   

With multiple features installed in karaf there is a major degradation in performance of netconf(probably whole odl is affected).

*odl-aaa-authn-plugin
*odl-tcpmd5-all
*odl-restconf
*odl-bgpcep-all
*odl-openflowjava-protocol
*odl-openflowplugin-flow-services-rest
*odl-openflowplugin-drop-test
*odl-l2switch-switch-rest
*odl-sfc-provider
*odl-sfc-test-consumer
*odl-netconf-connector-all

With this setup it took 1h30m+ to connect 10k netconf devices and have them show in restconf. With only odl-restconf and odl-netconf-connector-all installed it takes 5-6min to connect them.
