 Description   

Right now we capture a snapshot of current yang schemas in the controller at the time of connection establishment. This is not correct especially in a dynamic environment of OSGi.

2 options here:
1. Netconf-server would auto-drop sessions if the snapshot they posses is outdated. This would trigger a reconnect from the client and thus refresh its schema context.

2. Implement a proper dynamic discovery of schemas in netconf-connector.

Resolution of this issue is directly affected by the resolution of its blockers. After all the blockers are resolved, this issue needs to be marked as resolved without any delays.
