| Description |

For the Unified Secure Channel (USC) project in Lithium (https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/USC:Main), an alternative NetconfClientDispatcher will be provided that allows sal-netconf-connector to initiate Netconf connections via a USC-provided Netty channel. This request is to track any potential changes required in sal-netconf-connector to allow the injection of alternative NetconfClientDispatcher implementations such as the one to be provided by USC. |

I believe the approach for USC integration has changed since this bug was opened and is no longer necessary. Please reopen if I am wrong. |
