Issue detected in the CI automation:

To reproduce:
0) Download latest integration distribution from Nexus: https://nexus.opendaylight.org/content/repositories/opendaylight.snapshot/org/opendaylight/integration/distribution-karaf/0.3.0-SNAPSHOT/

1) Enable integration features: feature:repo-add mvn:org.opendaylight.integration/features-integration-test/0.3.0-SNAPSHOT/xml/features

2) Load all compatible features on top of netconf required features: feature:install odl-integration-compatible-with-all

3) Follow the steps in this wiki to install netopeer: https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/OpenDaylight_Controller:Config:Examples:Netconf

There is 1 failure when trying to mount the device:

POST http://localhost:8181/restconf/config/network-topology:network-topology/topology/topology-netconf/node/controller-config/yang-ext:mount/config:modules

Returns 204 Mount point does not exist.

This is working in stable/helium with inventory URIs
