 Description   

after i install the following feauture

feature:install odl-netconf-connector-all

I see in log an error looping (see the attachment please)
I set trace level to the following package:
log:set TRACE org.opendaylight.controller.sal.connect.netconf

This error have not occurred on Linux environment.

Looks like an encoding/decoding XML issue under Windows (maybe even the chunk framing is involved).

Decreased importance to major, since it only affects windows machines and most probably affects only the loopback netconf connection
