 Description   

RPCs (which show up under /restconf/operations) don't have application/xml in the
'Parameter content type' drop-down menu, while RESTCONF operations do
(in addition to application/json). This may be interpreted as RPCs not supporting XML input, see this mailing list thread: https://lists.opendaylight.org/pipermail/controller-dev/2015-June/009768.html According to the first reply to the thread, XML input is supported.
