 Description   

To reproduce follow same steps as the OF or OVSDB cluster tests in CI:

  • start 3 node cluster with either OF or OVSDB SB features
  • start mininet 1 switch connecting to 3 instances
  • find out owner instance
  • kill owner instance
  • Check candidate list, killed owner apperas in the list
