| Description |

Currently, there is a Bug [0] in Carbon which makes pushing cardinal.xml to take 13 minutes. In CSIT, suites unrelated to Cardinal are failing, because the temporary deadlock prevents other configfiles from applying. This is a Change Request to make pushing configfiles non-blocking, so that unrelated configfiles are applied without excessive delay. [0] https://bugs.opendaylight.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7175 |

Lowering severity as no configfile takes too long currently. |

Multiple configurations cannot be applied concurrently, hence any attempt to do so will result in blocking to get to 2-phase commit. |
