Implement part of RPCs defined in Some scenarios needs to detect whether a cluster member client has been aborted. Currently that would be ll:is-client-aborted. |

After discussion with Vratko and Robert running a transaction and submitting it and waiting for the result is enough, we dont need an extra rpc. |
