 Description   

The NetUtilsTest takes almost a minute to run on my machine, presumably it is doing real name lookups which are taking a long time. It would be nice to get this time down as the entire system testing/build takes only 4 minutes, so ~25% of the time is spent on this one unit test.

I tried running the test on my mac and the test runs under 5 secs. What OS are you using? It would help if you can take a couple of thread dumps when the test is running.

AD-SAL has been removed, this issue will not be fixed.
