DeleteEntries needs to be changed to be persisted with correct index.
Currently it is persisted with adjusted index, which works up to the point when a snapshot is taken. Once we have snapshot index present, during recovery DeleteEntries deletes part of the journal which needs to be kept around because its deleting from adjusted index which results in the follower not being able to process AppendEntries correctly because the journal does not match Leaders expectation.
