 Description   

Results of using lz4 compression:
     for snapshot 95mb: time processing 6.8 sec (lz4) vs 6.9 sec and size changed from 95 to 16mb
     for snapshot 200mb: time processing 40.5 sec (lz4) vs 39.5 and size changed from 200 to 80mb
snapshot 320mb failed to load with out of memory error (16GB RAM)
