 Description   

CONTROLLER-2058 has defined new serialization proxies which are more efficient. Those are backported to Chlorine SR1 and Sulfur SR3, which provides forward compatibility. Switch RaftVersion.CURRENT to ARGON and deprecate old proxies for removal.
