 Description   

The remnants of the configuration subsystem are packaged in odl-controller-exp-netty-config feature. We have only a single user, netconf.git, which uses only threadpool-config-api and can migrate easily.

Remove odl-controller-exp-netty-config, including:

  1. netty-event-executor-config
  2. netty-threadgroup-config
  3. netty-timer-config
  4. threadpool-config-api
  5. threadpool-config-impl
