 Description

Devin Avery's comments:
Even though the MD-SAL doesn't respect the config parameter, we probably should make it clear which attributes are config, and which are operational so we make it clear when MD-SAL is modified to respect that flag

Moving to restconf component.

Is this resolved by https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/8038/?

Comment by Devin Avery [ 25/Jun/14 ]

Yes and no. We now generate separate models based on operational vs config, but the operational model is NOT a super-set of the config model (we found out yesterday that from a schema point of view, the operational schema is a superset of the config schema).

So I need to push a fix to that issue.

I believe these items were later addressed by the work the Jozef did to refactor the models / end points some.

Closing this defect as resolved.
