When we lose a thread due to an unhandled exception, we only warn about the fact and continue on. These exceptions are very serious, as they cause undefined system state, potentially leading to lock ups, missed events and similar, but they are often not found in testing. Raise their visibility by making the JVM abort if such an event occurs. |
