 Description   

The sal-broker-impl build step tries and fails to fetch two files from oss.sonatype.org, delaying the build process:

The oss.sonatype Maven repository was removed in patch https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/3159/4

This bug was not observed after that.
