 Description   

Case 1. Sending get-config/get rpc with filter element.
Filter element might contain any nodes e.g. Identity-ref that need to be transformed using schema.

Case 2. Sending custom non-standard netconf rpc (Custom rpc defined in yang).
Output for custom rpc is transformed without schema.
Input is probably transformed without schema as well.
