 Description

APIDOC Explorer: hardcoding localhost prevents apidoc explorer browsing on controller remotely

When attempting to browse mounted south bound devices via apidoc/explorer I receive permission denied because the explorer code is pointed to localhost.
Screenshot included.

To reproduce:
1. Install and start controller on system1 (VM, hardware, wherever)
2. Use a different system's (system2)browser to browse to controller on system1:
From system2
http://system1:8080/apidoc/explorer
You will receive message: "Can't read from server. It may not have
the appropriate access-control-origin settings".
