 Description   

The clustering configuration files are no longer included in the initial configuration folder. This makes it impossible to turn on clustering. All distributions seem to be affected (I tried the base integration and openflow plugin distributions)

Here is what I has as far as maven is concerned

Apache Maven 3.0.5 (r01de14724cdef164cd33c7c8c2fe155faf9602da; 2013-02-19 05:51:28-0800)

Java version: 1.7.0_45, vendor: Oracle Corporation

When I build a controller and an openflowplugin distribution the configuration initial folder does contain the clustering configuration files.

OpenDaylight jenkins uses maven 3.0.4

I tried again with maven 3.0.5 and the latest master from this morning on the of plugin project, and the problem is still there. This is what I get in the initial configuration directory:

When i build the controller locally, and then the of plugin distro, then the config files are there.
