I am not able to replicate the issue as their is no response from bug raiser.

Can you provide more details about per-session restconf statistics. What it should be, where can be find more details?

REST APIs does not have concept of long-running session - this type of statistics
will introduce additional overhead to restconf, so I suggest to have only global statistics available.

Global stats are ok for Helium. Going forward we will need a configurable set of stats to track selected URLs. (But that's when we add RBAC to REST).
