The error below is seen during startup. Doesn't seem to break anything so maybe should reduced to a warning.

Steps

Started up Karaf with no config changes and loaded the features

feature:install odl-mdsal-broker odl-restconf odl-openflowplugin-all odl-netconf-all odl-netconf-connector-all

This comes up after installing restconf feature (I believe). Moving to restconf since it might get forgotten in other.

I've tested a reported bug in actual stable/lithium & stable/helium branches and I can not confirm occurrence behavior. So could you please confirm my observations and close this bug?
