 Description   

Our integration tests (CSIT) have identified performance regression RC1 -> RC2. This seems to be due to stats manager collection behaving differently in RC2.

Here is what is observed in RC2:

1) Features (MD-SAL, OF, GUI): odl-openflowplugin-flow-services-ui
I can bring mininet tree,6 with no issues

2) Features (MD_SAL, AD-SAL, OF, GUI): odl-openflowplugin-flow-services-ui,odl-nsf-all,odl-adsal-compatibility
mininet tree,6 have missing stats and produces summy switches
I can bring mininet tree,5 with no issues

3) Features (All that is compatible): odl-integration-compatible-with-all
mininet tree,5 have missing stats and produces summy switches
I can bring mininet tree,4 with no issues
