 Description   

BUGGY BEH: When the list item is added in operations, there is no "delete list item" button available.
When adding list items in config (network-topology rev. > config > click topology

{topology-id}

> switch to form view > click yangmenu next to node list > click add list item), there is ""Delete list item"" button next to added list item.
When adding list items in operations (cluster-admin rev. > operations > click change-memeber-voting-states-for-shard (and any other branch that enables the list items to be added) > switch to form view > click yangmenu next o memebr-voting state > click Add list item).
BUGGY BEH: The list item has been added but there is no ""delete list item"" button available.

Retest OK, the "delete list item" button is present operations form when list items are added to the list.
