 Description   

To reproduce the problem:

Test Steps -1:
Navigate to Static Routes and select edit button
Save without changing the entries (duplicate static routes)
Test Results: Unformatted exceptions. See the attachment for error message.
Expected Results: Proper formatted error message
Test Steps -2:
Navigate to Static Routes and select edit button
Press Cancel button.
Cancel button operation should navigate back to Static Route page.

In Lithium, AD-SAL based code has been depreciated, This defect is no longer valid
