 Description   

Step1: Run Lithium controller binary using karaf
Step2: Run a mininet topology on controller with 800 nodes.
Step3: Check dlux UI and Restconf.

Restconf gives information about all 800 nodes but the UI hangs completely. Ping too fails completely, which works fine for 100 nodes, beyond that the performance keeps dropping. In hydrogen odl worked fine for same topology upto 400 nodes, but in Lithium we see only an 83% ping success for 400 nodes as well.
