 Description   

BUGGY BEH: When list items are added and then mouse is pointed on the space between list name (topology, node), the tooltip "LIST_PREV_ITEM" appears.
1. Click network-topology, change to form view.
2. Click yang menu next to topology in the form, click Add list item. Again click yang menu, click Add list item.
3. Point the mouse on the space between "toppology" yang mneu and "<TOPOLOGY TOPOLOGY:ID>".
BUGGY BEH: The tooltip "LIST_PREV_ITEM" appears.

Additional changes:
-change condition when is LIST_PREV_ITEM button shown
-also added LIST_NEXT_ITEM translation
