I believe I created patches for all of the missing useful information into the Gerrit Guide. I've removed the information from the wiki and replaced it with a link to refer to the Gerrit Guide.

I went through all of the links and deprecated the content. I believe the LF Gerrit Guide now contains all the information from the listed wiki pages. Considering this closed.
