This would allow for a repository with only a master branch that would contain content that wasn't release related and so shouldn't be versioned across branches. Documentation about the CI environment (which isn't versioned by branch) would be one good example. |

Seems like it's more complicated than it's worth and we will make sure latests is always up-to-date for things that aren't versioned. We may also try to keep older versions up-to-date, but no promises. |
