Current process for creating the milestone readouts results in cumbersome review process. We should look into developing a process that will ensure greater consistency from contributors and reduce the amount of reStructuredText edits. |

Yeah, I would just mark this closed as wont-fix or whatever. the new release process does not use milestones any more. |
