Maybe should start with removing all links from developer-guide/index.html and asking projects to add them back. This will make them look at their docs, maybe make them better, result in only links from active projects. We may also want to add links to Managed Release projects that fail to do it themselves, if their docs are good enough. |

Talking more, maybe we should remove all unmanaged projects at branch cutting time, leave managed projects. Should email unmanaged projects to add themselves back. |

Home page has been updated to remove user and developer guides. clavoy to re-add links to user guide and developer guide until all the projects have migrated. |
