 Description

Currently, Genius auto tunnels is configured to read tep-ip, etc from OVS external_ids tuple in the Open_vSwitch table.  Details can be found here:

http://docs.opendaylight.org/en/stable-nitrogen/submodules/genius/docs/specs/itm-tunnel-auto-config.html

This change will be to use the existing, supported field local_ip, from OVS other_config table tuple in the Open_vSwitch table.

The main reasons for this change are:

  1. Avoid duplicate data. Instead of introducing a new field, tep-ip, for source VTEP IP, reusing existing local_ip.
  2. Devstack and other installers already support local_ip. By reusing this field, there should be no changes required in any of the installers (devstack, OOO, etc).

So, going forward, local_ip will be used as the source IP for the VTEP, instead of tep-ip.
